“I was not planning to stay at the Hotel Crescent Court, but unfortunately was stuck in the Dallas snow storm in January and couldn't get home. I was stuck walking in the pelting, freezing ice for about 30 minutes before I gave up and found the nearest hotel-- this hotel. I came in covered in icicles and could barely talk to the man at the front desk due to how hard my teeth were chattering from being freezing. I explained that I couldn't get home, my phone was on 2% battery and I had only my license and credit card with me.
