“An incredibly beautiful and romantic place hidden among the high cliffs with lots of greenery and silence on the coast of Porto Ercole. The architecture of the hotel is incredible with a carefully thought-out vertical layout. It has a large beach on the sea and a heated saltwater pool. There is an incredible fine dining restaurant and a great grill, and the bar is incredible. The service is at a very high level. Friendly staff and hotel is pet-friendly! “WARNING. Hotel is completely inflexible in allowing us to cancel our room for a refund for our Honeymoon that we have committed to nearly $10K on. We originally reached out 5 months in advance of our visit and our rate is $1,000+ lower than the market rate they are getting (should be easy for them to accommodate and provide a refund and go sell our room for more). We are simply trying to visit other towns / cities in Europe and this doesn't work anymore, but the hotel is forcing us to visit.” — Ben Udell
