In these current times it is extremely rare to find excellent customer service but you will find it here with each staff member you interact with and I SO VERY MUCH APPRECIATE EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU!!!! You have no idea how Amazing Customer Service is paramount for a business, they should all be rewarded. The rooms are SO CLEAN, beautifully decorated, and lots of space to move around in. “I was really looking forward to my stay at Hotel Ivy given all the hype surrounding it, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. As a Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, I’m accustomed to a seamless online check-in experience. However, I was still required to stop at the front desk, where I was met with some attitude and unnecessary complications. It didn’t set the tone I would expect from a luxury property. The lobby itself also fell short of that elevated feel—it felt more like a business center than a high-end hotel.
