Impression Moxché by Secrets

“The resort was beautiful and we overall had a great experience. We loved the service and our concierge butlers. They were so helpful in scheduling our dinner reservations and spa treatments. We mainly stuck to the pools on the impressions side of the resort because the secrets side was a little too much of a party vibe while we were there (there appeared to be a couple corporate events taking place). The staff at the impressions resort side pools were great and very attentive. I felt the only service issues we had were at some of the Secret side restaurants. “This hotel was a truly wonderful experience! — We got upgraded to an ocean view room, very spacious and beautiful. The room was well maintained and cleaned upon request. — Food is delicious and the choices are generous, keep in mind though it can be crowded at certain restos esp. during peak hours, so try to come in at odd times. The Impression side tends to be less busy. — Staff is attentive and friendly, doing their best to take care of everyone. “We just returned from a 3-day birthday trip to Impression Moxché by Secrets and overall had mixed feelings. The property itself is absolutely beautiful — the grounds are spotless, the design is stunning, and there are plenty of restaurant options. One of our favorite parts of the trip was the live music at Bamboo every night, which really added to the atmosphere. That said, there were several disappointments, especially considering the cost.
