“My best friend and I were hoping to enjoy an afternoon tea at the Amstel Hotel, a place we had heard wonderful things about. The setting seemed perfect : elegant, refined, and in line with the image the hotel projects. However, upon our arrival, we were simply told there were no available seats, with no alternative offered and no solution suggested. We were essentially asked to leave, which left us standing there with no assistance and feeling quite unwelcome.
