“Just stayed here for a work trip. It had really nice facilities and big rooms, with a great bathroom. Enjoyed the gym as well! Front Desk: Poor service. Could not find a package that had been shipped for me before leaving the country... I left a jacket at the last hotel I stayed at and had it overnighted to the InterContinental so I could pick it up before leaving the country. “Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. I called in advance to see if we could check in early at 1pm. I waited 15 mins and was told “maybe”. Then found out we paid to check in at noon once we arrived around 2pm. Frusterating Around 8pm while we were relaxing in our bed. A cleaning lady knocked and came into our room without permission.
