“I stayed with my partner for a couple days and since the first moment we felt very welcomed. Tomas was waiting for us and opened the door with a smile. Our check in was with Tiago, he noticed it was my parters birthday and gave us a voucher for some cocktails. They explained the hotel very nicely and the room was amazing, very spacious, clean and smelled good. The facilities and the staff where excellent and the hotel is a quiet place which is very much appreciated. At breakfast Fazleh and Vanessa took very good care of us and the food was very good. “We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property! By far our favorite IHG property in Portugal. The entire hotel is incredibly clean - you can tell there is a strong attention to detail. The wellness spa is a peaceful experience and waking up with the sun outside the huge balcony just added to the charm. Breakfast was fresh and came with another beautiful view. Ana was so kind and attentive. She was more than wonderful with our two small kids. Even bringing them hot coco when they wanted to use the provided coffee cups. “Exceptional stay with stunning views, thoughtful service, and outstanding food We had a really lovely stay at the InterContinental Cascais. I am 5 months pregnant, and what stood out most was how considerate, warm, and proactively helpful everyone was throughout our stay. The staff made us feel genuinely cared for, which meant a lot.
