“We had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott Mexico City. The location is excellent - right next to one of the city’s most famous parks, with Lincoln Park also nearby. The neighborhood is beautiful, very walkable, and filled with great restaurants and shopping streets, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were wonderful throughout. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming, from the bell staff to the front desk team, and even the staff in the fitness and spa area. Breakfast was a major highlight for me. “When we had visited Mexico City previously, we had stayed at the Ritz and LOVED it. We are now having our wedding in CDMX and we got a great rate right by the venue at the JW Marriott Polanco. We thought it couldn’t be that different from the Ritz given that it is also a five star hotel…. That was incorrect. First, they offered us a “special rate” for our pre wedding visit which was great, but they didn’t mention that we wouldn’t get any of the Amex benefits that we usually get due to the “special rate.” We emailed while we were there with the person in charge of our reservation asking why not” — Megan P
