“Excellent experience this weekend at the JW Bonnet Creek! First its location is perfect for being near Disney without staying at a Disney hotel. Next the room was pretty spacious. Pack n play fit without having to break it down or move. Also the bathroom had both a bath and shower, perfect for our family. There was a well stocked kids club space to hang out inside or do outside activities, good for all ages. The pool was fine, good enough if that’s not your primary reason for the visit. “Outstanding hotel! The best hotel I’ve ever stayed with while visiting the Disney parks. The rooms are big, very clean, above and beyond service. The breakfast layout is amazing, and the food is top tier. Kids club with activities on the 6th floor. Shuttle service to and from Disney parks. Very nice pool area. Friendly staff, that make a tremendous effort to make sure you are having an amazing stay… example, I was at the tenderloin station for breakfast and the guy cutting my slice said “hello how are you?” I replied very good, and I asked how he was, and with the biggest smile he said “happy”” — Seth Stuart

“So happy I was able to get a room upgrade as titanium member, it was definitely great to be recognized and appreciated. Suite w fireworks view and a very large balcony made my family’s Disney weekend so much special. Beds were super comfortable, specially after spending the whole day at the parks. Only 2 complementary breakfast with Bonvoy status, which worked out for us since we slept in. Breakfast was full of variety but omelette area can be improved. Free shuttle service to and from parks.
