“I recently stayed at Katara Hills Doha, LXR Hotels & Resorts for a planned 4-night stay in Villa 9. The resort is truly breathtaking beautifully designed, private, and serene, with the potential to offer a world class experience. However, my stay was significantly impacted by repeated and unresolved maintenance issues from the first day. The pool door lock was broken and had to be removed. The AC system was faulty and produced loud noise when adjusted, and I was advised not to use certain settings, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.
