“Absolutely amazing experience at the hotel and in the spa. We were visiting to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to ensure the trip was made as special as possible. Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful, the room was lovely and well stocked and breakfast was incredible, really setting you up well to adventure round Edinburgh. “We came here from the Intercontinental, down the road. After the warm welcome and personal service when checking in, we knew we made the right decision. The difference in hospitality and customer service from the Intercontinental, was night and day. The man checking us in and out, was outstanding and couldn’t have been any better. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean, with lots of nice touches. The bathroom had a good shower and the tv was easy to cast from my devices.
