“This was our second visit to Kona Village. We have stayed at several Rosewood properties, and this one is the best! The staff are incredibly attentive. The grounds are perfectly maintained. There are bikes available to help you move around the large grounds easily. We had one problem with dinner, one evening at Moana, but the following day the staff were very apologetic, understanding, and wanted to correct the problems we had with the slow service.
