I can comment, unlike most other guests, on the extraordinary kindness, generosity, care, resourcefulness, generosity, and professionalism of the staff, from the director (Stefania Matteo) through many of her colleagues, to help my friend and me after a car accident near the gates of the resort on our way to a two night stay. “The view and location are spectacular. Wellness retreat with guests walking around in robes as you walk into reception. Food was very good. Spa introductions were minimal at best. “That elevator takes you to the spa” … that was it! For a resort that prides itself on being one of the best we felt this was lacking. So much so we didn’t even use the spa. It’s a nice hotel and the gardens are wonderful to walk around. The infinity pool with magnificent view also excellent. “Next level luxury, I'm just home from 4 nights here with my sister. It exceeded our expectations in a way I could never have imagined. Their website does not do it justice at all! The views are spectacular but this is not shown on their website. Food is next level, nothing is too much trouble and they cater for all diets. The staff are incredible and the room cleaners even left me a bookmark when they saw my book upside down on the night stand. The spa is out of this world, and the treatments too.
