“We had an incredible week's vacation at the Lido Palace and can't wait to go back. The service here is fantastic from the moment you check in, until the moment you leave. The breakfast buffet has lots of choice and the general vibe is chilled. Housekeeping do an exceptional job at keeping all areas inside the hotel spotless, and the twice daily housekeeping is wonderful - always plenty of water, towels, robes, and toiletries. “Lido Palace Hotel is amazing and right by the lake — the location is perfect. The hotel is very high-end and beautifully designed. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and elegantly decorated, with a super comfy bed. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, giving us great tips for sightseeing and how to make the most of our one-night stay. The spa is excellent, with a salt room and several types of saunas — perfect for relaxing. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and peaceful, exactly what we needed. “The Lido Palace hotel is a beautiful, world class hotel. We stayed in one of their Sky suites on the forth floor with a small terrace and spectacular views of the mountains and Lake Garda. It is very conveniently located just outside of the old city center within very easy walking distance to everything. The staff is very accommodating and went out of their way to extend their hospitality to us. We had a very nice dinner in their restaurant one evening that was delicious and the service was impeccable.
