“We had an amazing stay with our family and two little kiddos. We have a 1 and 3 year old and stayed in the canyon suites so everyone had plenty of room. I called ahead to preorder a charcuterie board for the room and told them we had two little kids with us and the hotel surprised us with balloons and cookies for our girls!! The canyon suites were amazing and so clean! The maids were amazing and left the room so clean every day! The room service was wonderful (wish they had a few more seafood options for room service like the fish tacos from Bill’s Grill (pool bar) would have been fabulous) bu” — Shannon Rutledge

The customer service was exceptional from beginning to end, making the experience even more memorable. We also received a welcome pet kit, which was absolutely adorable and great quality. It was such a thoughtful touch. I would definitely recommend feeding the koi fish, as the hotel provides food for them, and it adds to the charm of the stay.
