“From arrival to departure, everything was absolutely flawless! Gareth, who checked us in, was extremely professional. He provided us with a vast amount of information/knowledge of the establishment, facilities on-site and the surrounding areas that Chippenham and Bath has to offer. He took us to our room, showed us around and made our welcome feel extremely pleasant. “Where do i even begin? The hotel is stunning. It is an experience and a half to have. The room was perfect and so clean. My partner took me there for my birthday and i didn’t want to leave. In fact it’s top on my list for places to come back to. Ordered room service and the food was magnificent. The grounds were fun to explore and the bikes are an extra thoughtful touch. Breakfast was 10/10. I highly recommend the spa. Above all else the hotel offers though, my favorite aspect was the staff. Everyone is so professional, so well put together and above all so friendly. “We had a wonderful stay here with our son, both sets of grandparents, and our dog, and it was perfect for everyone. From the moment we arrived, the first impression was fantastic. The spa was lovely and a great place to relax, and the food was brilliant throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, although it did take a little while to arrive. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a lovely kids’ room and outdoor space that our little one really enjoyed. It’s also amazing for dogs, which made travelling with our pet so easy and enjoyable.
