“Sadly we did not thoroughly enjoy our stay. For the money (and this receive is very first world but this is an expensive resort so we had certain expectations) we have stayed at other great resorts on the island this one fell short for the price. Beautiful location, pool, good food, and some staff were friendly. But we were disappointed starting with no upgrade despite being very sparse, in lack of in room amenities not being restocked, we could easily hear our neighbors, there was an issue with a smoke detector that woke us from a nap, the staff were at times even rude if barely helpful.
