“My husband and I had the BEST time at the Mandarin oriental Bosphorus. It is hands down one of the best experiences at a hotel we have had. The credit goes to the staff who is very warm, welcoming and meticulous with every detail from the room to food presentation. No detail goes unnoticed and guests get the upmost respect and priority. Often times, we felt like we were the only guests because they made us feel so special. We had a wonderful time and great service specifically from Dauut, Cemre, and Ercan. “Just spent a great 6 nights at the Mandarin Oriental Istanbul. Grateful that they remembered our wedding anniversary and it’s those sorts of touches that make the stay all the more memorable. Equally good was the dining experience in the Novikov Restaurant. Slightly puzzled at check in when MO charged my credit card with the full cost of the stay and an additional 2000 euros for potential extras. “We had an amazing stay at the hotel recently. It’s a very nice, pet-friendly hotel. Small dogs are allowed upon reservation. The hotel kindly provided a comfortable dog bed and water bowls. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, and we are deeply grateful to everyone for making our stay so pleasant, especially for the care and love shown to our dog. The SPA is also wonderful. Special thanks to the managers and team at the Olea Restaurant for their outstanding service. Everything was perfect.
