The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming; every time they saw us, they greeted us warmly, which made us feel very comfortable and valued. “We had a memorable 4 night stay in a twin Tower View room; everything was just as we liked to be for a wonderful city vacation in KL. Firstly, the location is perfect and can’t be any better - I stepped out of the hotel to see the Petronas Twin towers in front of me (almost) night and day (and out of my room window too), Suria KLCC mall, KLCC park and convention centre through which there is an air conditioned walkway to Burkit Bin Tang. The hotel has a direct back entrance to all of them. Totally Safe night and day. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well 4 nights. Bathroom was beautifu” — H Jay
