“We have stayed at several different Mandarin Oriental properties worldwide, and unfortunately this one bears little resemblance to the brand standard — in terms of service, room quality, and overall experience. We stayed for four nights in an Executive Suite and were placed on the first floor, directly facing the main road. The traffic noise in the morning was extreme. We later learned that all Executive Suites are located on the first floor, which means you should expect to be woken up by traffic around 6:30 a.m. daily. Room was not ready even at 16.00, which is one hour after the check-in ti” — O N

“Incredible staff up at the club lounge. Arantza is AMAZING!! So beyond helpful and kind. She treated us as if we were her own family. Diego was also wonderful. “One of the best hotels with an amazing value! The hotel is big, bright and well decorated (classic with a modern mix), has a very nice atmosphere and an spectacular pool area (only negative point is that the water is toooo cold and no hot-tub), but the area is very nice to have some drinks and smoke a cigar. The rooms are big with plenty of space to eat/work, the shower is great, the beds are soft and the view of the mountains is breathtaking.
