I loved the slippers and are still using them for the rest of my trip. The attention to detail was exceptional eg cord ties. Ammenities provided were lovely. Special packs for the kids. “Top notch through and through. This was my first time staying at a Mandarin Oriental and I know we’ll be staying there when we come back to Singapore. The staff was incredibly helpful. Upon our arrival the valet took our luggage to deliver when we checked in. The front desk staff was incredible, we were on our honeymoon and after check in front desk (I forgot her name -super sweet!) escorted us to our room. They had rose petals and two towel swan’s on the bed such a nice touch! A few weeks prior to our arrival I reached out to get photos of the gym and they sent them promptly with great photos” — Brennan Spillman
