Manoir Hovey

“Our second stay at Manoir Hovey and it confirmed what we felt the first time — this property operates at an exceptional level. The service is polished yet genuinely warm. Every interaction feels intentional. The rooms are immaculate, the grounds are pristine, and the overall atmosphere is calm, refined, and thoughtfully curated. The spa and thermal experience are truly world class, especially with the lake circuit. It’s seamless, restorative, and beautifully maintained. Dinner at Le Hatley Restaurant is Michelin-star caliber. Creative, technical, perfectly paced, and supported by an outstandin” — Brandon Borghi

“What an awesome place! Went with my husband for a romantic week end in Winter and just WOW. Activities near by (nice hike in the woods), skiing. And the food is just phenomenal and the service! Wow cannot wait to go back and would definitely try it in summer. highly recommend!” — Anna Ouahnich

“I recently stayed at Manoir Hovey and can honestly say it was one of the most exceptional hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with care and intention. The property itself is absolutely stunning - peaceful, refined, and impeccably maintained - but what truly sets Manoir Hovey apart is the service. The team went above and beyond in every interaction. The level of attentiveness felt genuine, not scripted, and created an experience that was both luxurious and deeply personal. This stay was exactly what we needed, and it exceeded all expectati” — Nancy Afonso
