“This is the 2nd time I've been and still no disappointments. I come here solo just to collect my own thoughts, relax and recover. The numerous activities offered allow there to be something for everyone's interests. It isn't a busy chaotic place and easy to find a little private spot all over the resort at anytime. The staff were all so attentive to my needs. The yoga/meditative, exercise and wellness classes are taught by professionals in the discipline. The spa is simply amazing!! Miraval sits on a sprawling estate in Lenox, MA, with historic charm (especially the southern manor) and all the facilities you'd expect: spa, pool, gym, golf course, and barn. Service is the real standout — easily among the best I've encountered in North America. Genuinely warm, proactive, and never performative. “The hotel was no better than a Hampton Inn. The Architecture for the main hotel is very cheap. Walking in, we were not greeted with a refreshment as we normally are at this caliber of hotel. The wait to check in was over 30 minutes. The restroom in the lobby was similar to that of a public middle school. They had soft soap dispensers for the soap and one of the bathrooms was out of order. When we went to our room, it was just a plain room. Like I said, no better than a Hampton Inn. The bathroom door did not shut, there were no refreshments, which actually are given at Hampton Inn. For over $10” — Sandra Farber
