Montage Kapalua Bay

“What an incredible experience. This resort is absolutely beautiful with great views and amazing service. You can feel the luxury as soon as you drive up to the hotel. The views are stunning as you walk in and check in. The grounds are immaculate. Every detail was considered and it shows. Each room has a washer/dryer and a full kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Upon check in, the concierge will walk you to your room where you instantaneously receive your luggage from the bellman. Mark checked us in and was so friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Nikki at the restaurant,” — Lainey Townsend

“Montage Kapalua Bay always exceeded every expectation. From arrival to departure, the experience was seamless and magical. The spirit of aloha truly lives at this property. Special thanks to Scott for his exceptional service! Always helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. He helped make our stay unforgettable. This was my second stay at Montage Kapalua Bay and my son’s first—now he asks every day when we’re going back to the pool. Consistently wonderful. Mahalo!” — Brittney Thomas

“I took a solo trip here early March 2026 for my 40th birthday - right before the Montage transitioned over to the Marriott. The purpose of my trip was to have a few days of ease and to have nothing on the schedule. Did I experience ease - Absolutely and memories I'll hold close. I'll try to keep my review with the perspective of there being transition after my stay. Early morning walks down to the empty beach and friendly hikers on the nearby coastal trail made mornings slow and intentional! It can really set a great tone for the rest of your day - take binoculars for possible marine sightings” — Jenell Pratt
