As a guest attending a wedding at the hotel, I was shocked to discover that the room block rate offered through the wedding was significantly more expensive than rates available elsewhere. After finding a legitimate third-party booking option that was approximately $800 cheaper for the same stay, I contacted hotel management directly and provided proof of my confirmed reservation and pricing. “I stayed during a company event and I cannot put into words how relaxing this resort was. The staff went way beyond to make us comfortable, and welcome. From the beginning we were welcomed arriving, the maid service came morning to clean, and in the evenings to turn the bed down. The drivers that took you back and forth via golf cart with great pleasure. The staff at pools made sure you wanted for nothing! From comfortable lounge chair with fresh towels, constant checking in, delish food and constant drinks. “Staying at the Nizuc Resort was a literal paradise experience. I do not have a single complaint about them. You get the full five star experience. Starting with the hotel staff, they treat you like royalty, always opening doors for you, offering towels and umbrellas at the beach. They greet with genuine smiles, always assuring that they’re at your service. They seem to genuinely care about everyone. They offer unlimited water bottles and ice. Room service comes twice a day. The go cart system, to and from the lobby and rooms is unbelievably reliable. We have never waited for a cart more than 6” — staying positive
