“A really great place, ancient building with a lot of history, so close to the city center. Like a hideaway in the middle of Palma. Wonderful ambience and lovely people, the staff is very nice and helpful. The food and drinks are top notch as well. We enjoyed the breakfast and also had dinner at the restaurant. “Beautifully designed hotel in a superb central location. NOI restaurant was excellent and well worth reserving in advance. Breakfast buffet also superb. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wellness area is quite small, but very peaceful and with an excellent infra-red sauna (fits two people). We were in the attic, facing the front of the hotel. The room was quite small, but we managed. Some disturbed sleep from deliveries in the morning, but the bed was comfortable and the amenities great - super shower!
