“In San Miguel? Stay at The Rosewood. First, let me say Numu hotel is beautiful, the staff lovely and kind, and Pancho the dog is the best mascot. Why 2 stars? We had to switch rooms THREE times before we got one with working AC. I like it warm, and still couldn’t sleep the first night. They upgraded us to a slightly nicer room, which we were appreciative of. But the AC still didn’t work properly. Two rooms later, we finally got one that was working. “We didn’t stay here, but had dinner at the restaurant. Every single detail is 5 stars. The service is unmatched, friendliness of staff is felt in every corner of the property. What began as me playing with the pooch (Pancho) in front of the hotel turned into a short tour of the facility and an introduction to Numu’s rooftop dining area. They have various offerings leaning into Mediterranean style food and what we had to drink, eat and taste was all excellent.
