“We had a lovely stay at Palacio del Inca while in Cusco. Service was very personal, breakfast was tasty and diverse, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Wadir and Elmer (with the concierge/baggage service team) provided great service and always greeted us by name. Jonathan (housekeeping) greeted me every morning that I saw him and when he found out I had been ill, he asked with genuine care how I was feeling each day and wished me the best when we were leaving.” — Kevin McLeod

“Great hotel in a very historic building. Check in was very welcoming and smooth. The imperial suites are tastefully decorated and have good amenities. The rooms aren’t massive but have enough space and a fair amount of storage. Would really recommend the hotel spa area. The thermal suite is well equipped and very relaxing. The resident baby alpaca in the hotel courtyard is very cute. Breakfast has a decent selection. The service was generally ok but could be more attentive, especially when visiting for an earlier breakfast.
