“The place is very nice. After visiting the hotel, we requested if we could benefit from the pool after having lunch at the restaurant of the hotel. We were said yes. We had a decent lunch and after this break decided to enjoy the pool. We were refused the access because the staff made a mistake and should t have offered us this option. What a disappointment! We would have never have lunch there without this option. The food is correct but not good enough to worth spending time there without being able to enjoy the pool. “Very beautiful location and the view is exceptional. Maria at the reception was very kind and helpful. However, the room is very average (no amenities at all.. and very small bathroom). The service is average at best, and the non Michelin restaurant is a huge disappointment for guests of the hotel (no view, average food, and zero atmosphere). The breakfast is also very average.
