The rooms have everything you would need and offer nice little gifts for your reception. Everyone working at this hotel always have smiles on their faces and are always ready to help you out with anything. The placement is just perfect, even if you come by car. “This hotel was incredible for our trip to Milan. It’s a 5 star hotel with incredible views and amenities. It’s steps from the Duomo and Galleria and you can walk around the Brera district which is full of incredible shops and restaurants. We traveled with our 2 young toddlers and several heavy bags. The doorman, Saif, was absolutely incredible and very helpful throughout our stay. Additionally the porters, especially Ahmad and Seedy, were extremely friendly and helpful with our bags and directions. The rest of the staff were also incredible from check-in to the restaurants.
