“This is one of the most overpriced, overrated hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my life. From the moment we checked it was such a disappointing experience. They upcharged us for our room upon arrival, then bounced us from restaurant to restaurant til finally putting us in the library room for a lunch that was truly inedible. The food overall is mediocre at best. One day we were gone all day and our room was never made up. We called to complain and nobody seemed to care. The manager could not be bothered. “Dropped by for a spontaneous lunch, but were told a reservation needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance. There wasn’t much happening in the hotel, sending away guests without checking the reservation books ad hoc seems like a lost opportunity for both parties.
