“We came to Thailand to celebrate my fiancés 30th birthday. Having stayed at Hyatt regency koh samui the week before, we had really high expectations for Park Hyatt being in a higher category. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff, check in process was easy and quick with Pauline. She was absolutely amazing, wishing my fiance a happy birthday. We arrived really early around 10am so our room wasn’t ready yet, but we chilled by the pool while waited.
