Front desk staff unaccomodating (when asked to extend the checkout by 1 hr, we were refused saying that the hotel was full and needed our room. However, online you could book any room you wanted that evening. Unaccomodating, and unkind). 2. Prices- be aware that between the mandatory resort fee, the parking, the fees to the Beaver Creek community and various taxes, the final charge is about 50% more than the room rate.” — Ken Boyar

“The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is an amazing resort nestled in a lovely ski village. We are a family of four, and enjoyed the hotel location for ease of mountain access. Easy walk to ski school for the kids and a gondola lift directly in front of hotel. Ski valet within hotel - the staff were a delight! Breakfast buffet was outstanding. I did try the spa, and staff there were also just so kind. Pool and multiple hot tub/spa for the kids after a day of skiing were great. “We had the most wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort this week. The resort is absolutely beautiful and very convenient to the ski lift. We enjoyed the excellent service at breakfast each morning. We were so impressed with those who cleaned our room each day also. They kept us hydrated with plenty of bottled water and ice water in the lobby, which was a nice touch. We loved that we never needed a car the entire time we were there. We enjoyed the restaurants which are no more than a two minute walk away from the hotel in Beaver Creek Village! We would absolutely choose this hotel” — Allyson Brimer
