The attention to detail here is unmatched. During turndown service, the team noticed I was reading a book and left a personalized Park Hyatt bookmark in it. Never experienced anything like that before. Our spa suite had a private steam room — completely unique compared to any other suite we have stayed in. “We initially thought on the internet the room looks a bit old , so we were afraid it being terrible. HOWEVER THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL IN ISTANBUL. So far in this trip we tried : St regis Ritz carlton Mandarin oriental Soho house Jw marriot Peninsula And this is the only hotel that offers classy luxury hospitality services. Check in was super polite and correct. The check in felt personalised. Room service is super fast. AC was working perfectly!
