“An unbelievably good hotel. One of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was great but what was the most memorable was the service. They figured out an early check in at 10 am for us after a red eye. They arranged our rental car, and returned it. We brought our dog who was exceptionally well taken care of as well. She got her down little doggie bed and water bowls. Oh, and one of us left a scarf that had a lot of emotional value at a restaurant. We realized this at the airport. “I stayed here during my trip to Italy and had a wonderful experience. The location, right by the Galleria, was perfect for exploring Milan. The room was chic, sophisticated, and beautifully designed with a refined urban feel, while still being very comfortable and practical. The bathtub was wonderfully large, though maybe because of that, it took a little patience to fill… haha. Breakfast was excellent, even the macarons were elegant and delicious, which really reflected the hotel’s attention to detail. I was impressed by the service and overall experience.
