“Beautiful and well managed hotel with outstanding facilities. Some little flaws that I hope would change is the use of plastic bottles, a pillow menu and more attention to detail when it comes to the welcome experience. Drink temperature was too warm and the welcome gift quite boring. I am sure a lot of these things are already resolved since our last stay. “This was our best Hyatt stay in 2025 (out of 100+ nights). Our expectations were exceeded, especially regarding customer service. Our feedback is mostly positive, which is rare for us as we have high standards. Customer service was perfect. Every time we went to the front desk, I felt like the person we spoke to knew the details of our reservation even if we hadn't spoken to them before. Staff was attentive but not overbearing.
