“We had an amazing stay at the Park Hyatt Shanghai. The view from our room was exceptionall and we even received an upgrade ☺️ The breakfast restaurant is lovely with a chique, modern interior. From the bars and Restaurants located in the tower one can view some of Shanghai's most prominent attractions and experience their grandeur with one's own eyes. On rainy, misty days the hotel offers a calm and relaxing retreat with nebula playing in front of the tower's windows. I would recommend a stay at this hotel. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful ☺️” — Oliver

“Room: Stayed at the Diplomatic Suite on the 88th floor, spacious and comfortable. If you want a better view, I would suggest booking one on the 85th floor instead. Service: Very good overall, most staff are friendly. However, check-in is definitely their weakest point. One of the male front desk staff (forgot his name) wasn’t very professional, and it’s quite unacceptable for a Park Hyatt to have guests lining up that long just to check in. Other than that, service throughout the stay was great. Dining: Yuexuan restaurant is very good and tasty. It’s actually the reason why we keep coming back” — Don Chan

“Pretty good hotel, but there is a considerable amount of drawbacks. Highly recommend for Business travelers, but for any other traveler, there are other options. Location Pudong is a BUSINESS district. I can't emphasize this enough. If you are a tourist, I'd recommend Xintiandi (French Concession) or the Bund. That being said, the hotel is in close proximity to many malls and dining options, so it's not isolated at all. Many tourists who choose to stay here do so for the novelty and the hotel's jaw-dropping views. Rooms - The rooms were excellent in size and furnishing, but they really lacked ” — Ved Daga
