“This hotel is stunning, and clean. I really loved the style & the smell. However, the service is lacking - not only in time... (we waited 45 minutes for hot chips & had to cancel a meal after i nearly fell asleep.) but also for a 5 star resort style hotel translation app is a necessity for every request. The food is below par, the breakfast was nice, but every other meal was cold and took 45 minutes to receive. The service is not attentive in the restaurants there is no follow up and efficiency is not a skill they obtain. “Fantastic hotel in Shenzhen. The rooms are extremely nice and large. Service was good, with some English spoke by reception (which for China is a great plus). Only fault I found the hotel was the breakfast. You had to order the coffee to the waiters, but it always took a long time to be delivered. Actually the last day I left and it had not arrived.
