“This property should not be 5 stars. The staff was really friendly but absolutely clueless. Service was not nearly as comparable to other park hyatts. At first we thought everyone was just on “island time” but went off property several times and saw how amazing service was at other establishments. Overall a really quiet place to stay but almost too quiet where nothing with going on. For location I wouldn’t visit this property for the beach- there are plenty of other locations with better waters. Food was hit or miss that we left for dinners most nights. “We loved every minute of our stay at the Park Hyatt! After visiting the Marriott (briefly), we were very glad we stayed here. It is located on the eastern end of the peninsula, which is much more remote and has a quieter feel to it. The resort is the perfect size, set in a small bay surrounded by hills. The pool was very nice although we spent most of our time on the beach. The only negative was the amount of seaweed on the beach. Service all throughout the resort was excellent. Everyone was extremely friendly. We loved all the food options - there are 3 main restaurants, each with very differ” — Bastian Domajnko

“We did a day pass here while on our cruise and had an amazing experience. The hospitality is wonderful. You cannot beat the captivating views of Nevis from the pool and beach. I have to mention the young lady by the name of Zica that served us while we were there. She made sure to keep our drinks full and has such an amazing personality that added to the experience at the resort.” — Charles Gowans
