“To celebrate our wedding, my partner and I stayed at the Pendry Hotel for two nights in early June of 2026. As a two Michelin key hotel, we had high expectations for the Pendry; unfortunately, it did not deliver. “I had a very disappointing experience with Pendry Manhattan West regarding the handling of a package delivered during my stay. Two packages (valued at over $300) were delivered to the hotel on April 22, after I had already checked out. I promptly contacted the hotel, and their team confirmed on May 10 that they had the package on-site and asked me to resubmit a form to arrange forwarding. I complied multiple times and followed up on at least six occasions. Despite this, I received no responses for weeks.
