“Beautiful property in a prime spot on sunset blvd. The rooms are spacious and bright and curated thoughtfully. The staff was by far my favorite. Made the hotel feel like a home instead of just a place to lay your head on a vacation. The Lobby Concierge Adrienne was wonderful and couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcomed and cared for during my stay. Keep her forever! Other notable lovely and helpful staff was Kristen and Dee. They are so great at anticipating needs. Also gave amazing suggestions for food and fun in the area. It’s a 10/10 for me! Definitely coming back here!!” — Val Harvey

“We had a great stay at the Sun Rose Hotel in West Hollywood. The service was genuinely sweet across from the valet to the bartenders, everyone made us feel really welcomed. There was one staff member at the front desk (I wish I remembered his name I’m writing this about two weeks after our stay). He wore glasses and had this funny but serious personality, and he was honestly such a sweetheart. We had some issues with our card and he handled everything so kindly and professionally. He even upgraded our room to one with a better view nothing over the top, but very appreciated and thoughtful. The” — E

“I frequently travel for work, and this is the first time I’ve gone out of my way to write a review for a hotel I’m staying at. The staff at this hotel are top notch. Specifically the concierge Adrienne— she is extremely warm, friendly, and eager to ensure you’re enjoying your stay. She’s a gem. The rooms are clean and the rooftop pool is nice. Only drawback is they don’t serve food by the pool. Not a big deal except for us frequent snackers. Worth the price!” — Sarah Sparks
