“My fiancée and I had an amazing stay at PGA National Resort. From the moment we arrived, Teresa at check-in made us feel welcome and took great care of us. She even recommended that we visit the beach to watch the sea turtles nest, and thanks to her suggestion we were lucky enough to see three sea turtles during our visit—an unforgettable experience! Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. The service throughout the resort was truly five-star. “My rating is more of a 3.5 - We stayed here for a weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I booked this hotel under The Edit with Chase Sapphire Reserve and the benefits included the $100 credit and $60 daily breakfast credit - no room upgrade or welcome gift. While the property was beautiful and I wish we had time to explore the spa, our room was a little bit of a let down only due to the fact we had to request our bedding be changed because there was blood on it and also the bathroom trash can had blood stains on it too. From the minute we pulled in, to the minute we checked out, the staff made us feel welcome and like a million bucks! One of our most favorite experiences was our quality time chatting at the lobby bar. JR took amazing care of us each time we visited to grab a drink or some delicious food.
