The hotel itself is beautiful, with gold accents throughout and a luxurious atmosphere, making it a truly memorable place to stay. “Exceptional stay from check-in to checkout. Azaat (not 100% on the spelling)from Kazakhstan at reception was amazing — she noticed from my sons ID at check-in that it was his birthday. By the time we reached our room, there was a little surprise waiting for our birthday boy: a cake and balloons. Truly going above and beyond, and that kind of attention to detail is what makes a stay genuinely memorable. Thank you, Smith, for the cake and balloons! “Amazing week at Raffles hotel. The staff were all excellent. We shared a palm room which was of adequate size for us and our two young children (8 and 10). Pool and beach were fantastic.
