Rocco Forte Balmoral Hotel

“Stayed here in the fall and everything about this hotel was fantastic. Great location- early walkable to most places- walked the royal Mile, up to Arthur's seat. The rooms themselves were lovely- had a room overlooking the city. The heated bathroom floors and towel warmer are a nice touch. Had breakfast downstairs daily and it was also great. Lastly, recommend stopping into the whiskey bar on site- very cool history and knowledgeable staff who made great recs on drinks.” — j mill

“Booked our 13th Anniversary in this fabulous place, we where welcomed by Jack on reception. Who had mentioned that we had been upgraded to a room with castle views, we both were completely flabbergasted by this very generous offer. In addition when we entered the room, we were blown away by the furnishings, the size but the views from both windows, our window table was decorated with top quality macarons, fudge, chocolates, and a beautiful well presented plate of truffles.
