“Excellent overall. A quick shuttle ride to downtown Palermo. Signage / wayfinding for the adjacent spa needs improvement. Facility should have sauna and hot tub at this price point / luxury level. “What a wonderful stay! Booked the hotel for my wife’s birthday. The staff were super responsive and friendly, and made the special occasion very memorable. I really appreciate the painstakingly careful effort taken to preserve the historical character of the building. You have to take a shuttle to the centre of town to do sightseeing, but the service is included and it’s only 10-15 minutes. Worth the drive to stay at such a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The shuttle adds to the flavor of the to experience.
