“All around an superb hotel for a family of 4 staying for vacation. We were here for 3 nights with young kids (6 yr & 6 mth old) and they provided full amenities for the little ones but also left enough care for the parents. We found the service to be wonderful and personal without being intrusive, little details like remembering our room number during breakfast was a nice touch. Through Amex FHR we were upgraded to a larger room on a higher floor - and we were able to fully take advantage of the dining outlets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. “I recently stayed at the Rosewood Bangkok.They allowed me to check in early at 10am although the usual check in time was 3pm.Not only that but they also upgraded my room for free. I was greeted by staff by the moment i stepped into hotel grounds.All the staff were really friendly and eager to help.Having the link bridge to the BTS station was also a plus point They also allowed me to have a late check out at 2pm as my flight to depart was delayed.
