“Rosewood Mayakoba is such a special place. We came here for our anniversary and it’s spectacular. Having stayed here 3 times, I feel like the resort just keeps getting better. This time the service was so incredible. Lucy, our butler, was amazing. Everything she arranged was so wonderful. For example, after dinner one night we came back to our room and there was a warm bath with rose petals waiting for us. She also organized the most beautiful balloons for us.
