“We had dinner at the rooftop lounge while visiting Casablanca. It was fabulous. The view of the city immediately set the tone. The bartenders were attentive and offered great suggestions. It only got better. Our server Anas was a 10 out of 10 from start to finish. Offering us amazing suggestions for our dinner, told us about the history and cultural significance of our meal with every course. The sommelier shared great insights into both the wine and why.
