“Just spent a week and wish we never had to leave. This property is magical and unforgettable. The views, the gardens, location, and the service were beyond our expectations. The staff is so quick to respond to any needs or questions. Some staff to recognize for their stellar service: Elenora at the front desk, Frederica, Alesso, and Lorenzo at the pool, Leonardo and Alessandro at the bar, Francesco at breakfast service. “I booked a table at Rocco, very nice restaurant but very poor service/food. We ordered two plates of pasta and a bottle of water and wanted to get a desert as well, the manager comes up and tells us « its not enough there is a minimum charge of 100 euros per person ». This was not specified anywhere when we booked, its really unethical. “We stayed here for two days for our honeymoon and here is my experience: 1. The location of this hotel is amazing if you want to explore Taormina. This is your place. It's very accessible and the breakfast spread is unbelievable. The taste of the breakfast is amazing and the service is, of course, amazing. The views are really really great. 2. When it comes to beach and pool access, they only have one pool that is mixed.
