“What an amazing place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary! The service from the moment we arrived was exceptional. Our sunset villa was beautiful and well equipped. The view from the balcony was stunning, especially at sunset. Complimentary water, soft drinks and snacks were provided and our excellent turn down service staff member Muskesh Panday left us lovely treats each evening. The staff at Alme restaurant where we had our breakfast each day were so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Edward, Edmon, Eni, Vlad and Kostas who looked after us at breakfast and by the pool. “Beautiful but soulless Our stay left a bitter taste in my mouth. The Santo Collection is a classy establishment, and you can boast of being a 5-star, but unfortunately the service detracts from the quality/price ratio, and I'm sorry, but the beauty of the establishment is greatly diminished. I communicated three times before my arrival that my wife couldn't eat gluten, and not only did no one bother to provide gluten-free desserts for breakfast, but to make matters worse, in the afternoon they offered us gluten-containing desserts in our room, which my wife had to look at but couldn't eat. “We loved the location of Santo Mine with a path to Oia just a small walk away. We arrived to fresh fruit and wine, such a special touch. Santo Mine was quiet and away from the noise, the area as a whole was so peaceful and calm. Our suite was aesthetically designed so well and we had an amazing sunset views from our room.
